COVID-19 - Shipping Delays

        First and foremost, we would like to express that the safety and health of our employees and customers is always our top priority. 

        As COVID-19 continues impacting a majority of countries around the globe, bowflexe™   is closely monitoring and implementing protocols issued by local and state officials to ensure we do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.

        We are continuing to monitor announcements from our local and state officials and will update this page with any new developments that impact our ability to ship out orders.

        Customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note there will be a certain delay in logistics aging (2-3 days).

        

How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $35 (7-15Days)

STANDARD SHIPPING $4.99  (7-15Days)

DHL $39.99 (3-7Days)

        The good news is, we provide Free Shipping on most orders in our store. You can check the specific countries that support free shipping in the options at the top of the page. In addition, we also provide some faster logistics methods, but these commercial express costs may need to be borne by you if you choose this method

When will I receive my order?

        Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

        Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method, as well as your local customs processing times for International orders.

How long will you ship after I place the order?

        Orders are typically processed within 48 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a Saturday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping.        

        If you order before 4 pm Local Time, we will ship your items within 36 hours. If you order after 4 pm Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and we will ship them within 48 hours.

Who will ship my order?

        Proper ships via EUB && USPS globally, or some other shipping methods that are more suitable for you. We update our production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand.

        We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. 

Can I get shipping updates?

        You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, pay attention to the Inbox after ordering in 48 hours. If you have not received the email, please check the trash first; if you have been confirmed that you have not received it, please contact us by email at   service@bowflexe.com or submit the form with your order information.

Last But Not Least

        Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt. We'll try our best to afford these costs no need to trouble you to pay.

        We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Proper is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

        Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Return Policy

Dear customer, if you have any problems with the product quality within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact us by sending an email first, we will reply you within 24 hours, and provide you with free return service! If you are not satisfied with the product, we also accept returns, but non-quality problems require you to bear the shipping cost!

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

SPECIAL COVID-19 RETURN NOTICE (May 1, 2020)

Due to current limitations at our Distribution Center, we are not able to accept return packages at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY MAILING LABEL YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED RECENTLY AS WE CANNOT ENSURE THAT THE PACKAGE WILL BE SAFELY DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO US.

If you would like to request a return label for a purchase made while this Special COVID-19 Return Notice is in effect, or if you have any questions, please email us at at service@bowflexe.com.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  service@bowflexe.com  and send your item to our address.

GIFTS

 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or e-mail address below to arrange a refund or exchange.
